A professional Interior Designer can take your project from inception to completion and help you avoid costly mistakes, as well as decrease your stress level. Unlike a buyer who shops haphazardly at a furniture store, a designer can envision and implement an overall design plan to create a cohesive look throughout your home or office.
Selling a home can be challenging for property owners if the necessary work on the front-end is not done to prepare the home properly for market. According to Lori Famiglietti of KW Luxury Homes International and Keller Williams St. Pete Realty, this key step can be the difference in getting real estate property off the market quickly and ensuring the homeowner gets the best return possible on their investment.
“When selling luxury homes, it’s really important to prepare the home before you launch it into the marketplace. Preparation includes pre-inspecting the property and taking care of any issues for the buyer, so that when you do get a contract, you don’t lose the buyer that you have,” she says.

I have a passion for the sea! Ever since I was a little girl and traveled to Florida on family vacations, I have loved the sea. We’d rent someone’s winter home on Sanibel Island and spend hours scouring the beach for the perfect shell treasure.
Happily, I now live in Florida on Tampa Bay. Since my passion for sea treasures has not faded, I am always looking for ways to bring these gems into my home. For the holidays, it’s “Seascapes.” Starting with stunning large scale corals and shells, I then add our personal treasures set off with holiday decor.
How do you make a room come alive – really sparkle? That’s the creative design challenge I relish. And I am so lucky to work with the best clients that always provide that spark of inspiration. That spark ignites the design and sets the parameters; then all the selections must meet these very specific criteria. This lets me immediately eliminate a lot of choices and focus on selections that totally develop from my client’s inspiration.
