Gale Pingleton, a licensed aesthetician at Skinspirations Center for Cosmetic Enhancement in Clearwater, is accustomed to helping people prepare their skin to look its best for that special occasion.
“Ideally, we’d like to get clients to come in six months prior to their special event. That way, we know that we have absolutely enough time to do whatever needs to be done,” she says.
One common skin challenge is hyperpigmentation, dark pigmented areas of the skin that can result from old sun damage resurfacing or from a post-inflammatory response to a breakout or acne.
