Raymond James Plans to Expand Adding 650 Plus Jobs

Raymond James recently acquired the 740, 780, and 800 Carillon Parkway buildings to expand their corporate headquarters. The company plans to invest more than $10 million in building improvements, allowing them to hire at least 650 new associates.

The decision by Raymond James to expand their campus was influenced by the roadway improvements underway in Carillon Park. These improvements, implemented by the city and FDOT, will reduce traffic congestion and increase employee morale. Importantly, reducing commute times also enhances the ability of companies to attract and retain talent.

Major roadway improvements include a third left turn lane from Carillon Parkway to Ulmerton Road (constructed last year by the city), widening Lake Carillon Drive to accept additional traffic flow from Roosevelt Blvd, adding an eastbound second left turn lane on Lake Carillon at Carillon Parkway, adding southbound right turn lane storage on Carillon Parkway, and adding westbound left turn lane storage on Lake Carillon Drive.
