Coachman Park Offers Huge Fireworks and 5k Run. Celebrate this fourth of July with the largest fireworks show in the Tampa Bay area at Coahman Park! This free and family friendly celebration will take place at Coachman Park, 301 Drew St. in downtown Clearwater. Enjoy music, food, drinks, local vendors and more family-friendly activities. Gates open at 6 p.m. and the fireworks will begin between 9-9:30 p.m.
If you’d like to enjoy even more celebration, start your Independence Day in Clearwater with a family-friendly 5K run or walk beginning at 9 a.m. Check in is only on race day beginning at 8 a.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings in Clearwater. There is plenty of parking in the Buffalo Wild Wings Clearwater parking lot. The course is entirely flat and paved so it is stroller/family friendly.
