Crossing the bay musical comedy

Inspired by Jane Austen’s enduring classic, Pride & Prejudice, the story follows the struggle to bring the railroad and prosperity to the tiny town of St. Petersburg in the end of the Pinellas Peninsula and the tumultuous relationship between a strong-minded Florida farm girl and the entitled nephew of a Northern rail baron. The show is presented by the St. Pete Museum of History, Will Knot Di Artists and The Palladium Theater.

From the creators of “WEBB’S CITY: THE MUSICAL” comes a romantic musical journey back to the founding of St. Petersburg! Presented in Hough Hall of the Palladium Theater, CROSSING THE BAY is a saga of Bay-crossed lovers and ancient rivalries: women vs. men, rich vs. poor—and Tampa vs. St. Petersburg.  The Palladium is located at 253 5th Ave. S in St Petersburg on the campus of St. Petersburg College.
