We’re Rekindling a Love Affair with our Closest Southern Neighbors

Entel Family and Douglas-Whitley Galleries
Oye Como Va?
This exhibition, spanning two galleries, is the result of a joyful and expansive visit to Cuba in November 2015 by a curious group of DFAC delegates including DFAC’s curator, Catherine Bergmann. Representing a cross-section of contemporary Cuban artists, educators and visionaries, this exhibit is a vibrant sampling of the vital, creative culture active in Cuba today. With thanks to DFAC’s Sterling Society for their sponsorship, for the expert insight of Co-Curator, David Horta and our travel guides, Marcos Carvajal and Pedro Schuck who, made the depth and breadth of this exchange possible.
