Dunedin Fine Art Center Hosts Artists Reception

An opening reception from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, July 8, will follow a talk at 6 p.m. by presenting artists Todd Still (#EPIC) and Shane Hoffman (DRAWN to Greatness). The event will highlight a series of special exhibits that will be ongoing at the Dunedin Fine Art Center throughout the summer.

The reception will be held in the Entel Family Gallery, where an exhibit entitled “Dignity: Tribes in Transition” will display black and white portraits of indigenous peoples by photographer Dana Gluckstein from July 1 to September 25. Admission is free to DFAC members, while tickets are available for non-members.

The three other exhibits will continue at DFAC from June 4 to August 21.. “Drawn to Greatness,” a gallery of fearless artworks created by the exceptional Artists of Pyramid, Inc., with the guidance of Artist/Visual Coordinator Shane Hoffman, is on display in the Gamble Family Gallery, while “EPIC,” an exhibit of drawings inspired by and displayed with selections from the private collection of comics, curios, film memorabilia and historical of DFAC Youth Education Director Todd Still is.being shown in the Douglas Whitley Gallery. afyon escort

Meanwhile, the John and Pat Rossi and Meta B. Brown Galleries are showing a juried exhibition celebrating the Art of the Portrait.
