Runners will take to the sand and enjoy stunning views of Madeira Beach’s sunset during this year’s second Madeira Beach Sunset Series 5K on Friday, Aug. 3. This event is the area’s largest beach run competition. Stay for the after party with local businesses serving up craft beer, Italian ice, and more. Meet at 12901 Gulf Blvd Madeira Beach.
Runners can register online or on the Day of race starting at 5:30 p.m. and ends of 7 p.m. A free Kids’ Run starts at 6:30. Proceeds of the event benefit the high school program of St. Pete Road Runners. Visit the event page for more information.
