Patrice Pfeiffer is a local, self-taught artist residing in Seminole. Inspired by organic shapes in nature, bright colors and music, Patrice incorporates flowers, birds, plants and landscapes by using a process that involves layering and mixing various liquid medias on a variety of different papers. The finishing process will include stencils, brushes, gel plates, rollers, and other mark-making tools to create variety and interest. This artist works intuitively and often has no end result in mind. The finished products are stunningly creative and vibrant collages! Patrice also has a series called the BlackCat Family which will be included in this show. It will send you right back to the 1960’s!
