After 15 years sweeping the nation, Cirque Ma’Ceo will be performing for the first time ever in front of their hometown crowd in Sarasota Florida. They will bring their team of talented equestrian performers under the Big Top at Big Cat Habitat-Gulf Coast Sanctuary to benefit Big Cat Habitat’s efforts to rescue animals who can no longer fend for themselves in the wild. All ticket proceeds will be directly donated to the Big Cat Habitat.
“As a homegrown show of Sarasota, there is no better way than to be producing this event as a benefit to contribute to the animals and our wonderful friends at the Big Cat Habitat,” says Olissio Zoppe, Cirque Ma’Ceo Show Director and Cavallo Equestrian Arts Owner.
Performances are scheduled for every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from January 4 through February 3 at the Habitat, 7101 Palmer Road in Sarasota, just east of I-75 and Fruitville Rd. Described by the Ocala Star- Banner as an “Equine Cirque du Soleil,” the renowned show has recently performed in Las Vegas, NV, Honolulu, HI and all over Canada. This theatrical European style, equestrian themed, Cirque show tells a beautiful seamless story with a contemporary blend of Acrobatics, Aerial, Dance, and Equestrian Arts woven together to the acoustic beats of rich Spanish guitar.
