Fourth Annual Holiday Extravaganza Celebrates the Season with Music, Movies and Fun in Downtown Clearwater
Downtown Clearwater has plenty of activities for the whole family to celebrate the holidays from Nov. 27 through Dec. 31
Downtown Clearwater will celebrate the holiday season with music, movies, markets, family fun, decorations and more during the city’s Fourth Annual Holiday Extravaganza.
Downtown Clearwater will be transformed during Holiday Extravaganza with bright lights, festive decorations, artistic window displays, and spirited activities. Station Square Park, at 612 Cleveland St., will be home to the city of Clearwater’s holiday tree and hold a variety of special events throughout the holiday season.
The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has also launched a holiday voucher program that can be used at more than 15 participating downtown businesses.
“This year the Community Redevelopment Agency is celebrating old and new winter traditions with all the wonderful businesses and community partners downtown,” said CRA Director Amanda Thompson. “We invite you to enjoy the new lights in Station Square, the America’s Everglades art exhibit at the Main Library and other free, family friendly activities throughout December. With more live music, new restaurants and even a pet parade, we are ensuring that downtown Clearwater is bright and beautiful this holiday season.”
