Huge Crowds Expected at Dunedin Mardi Gras March 5
More than 30,000 people are expected to attend this year’s the 28th annual Mardi Gras celebration in Dunedin on Fat Tuesday, March 5. This truly family friendly event kicks off at 4 p.m. with a big parade starting at 7 p.m. that will feature unique and colorful floats with lots of beads for tossing! Dunedin Mardi Gras event. The parade starts at 7 p.m. in front of the Dunedin Stadium, runs along Douglas Avenue and ends near Skinner Blvd.
Food Truck Court, as well as other vendors will line Main Street until 10 p.m. and spills over into the local pubs and restaurants until closing time. There will be musical performances throughout the event, highlighted by a performance by the Bladk Honkeys.
