On Your Mark, Get Set, Quack!
Join The Kiwanis Club of Tampa for a fun charity rubber duck race across the Hillsborough River on Saturday, August 18. A flurry of 10,000+ rubber ducks adopted by locals to raise funds for the Kiwanis Foundation will make their splash and race for the finish line. The first 3 ducks to cross win their adoptive parents big cash prizes.
Admission to the event itself is free and filled with fun games, food and entertainment for the whole family with ducks racing at 11:45 a.m. Duck adoption is $5 per duck with a variety of special packages available to score more ducks for the money, with all proceeds to benefit the various children’s programs and charities the Kiwanis support. The Kiwanis Club of Tampa has been helping kids in the Tampa Bay area since 1919.
