Living Healthy: Chronic Pain Self-Management

This FREE program, provided by CARES (Community Aging and Retirement Services, Inc.), helps older adults (60+) manage the challenges of living with chronic pain and different chronic health issues. It covers techniques for dealing with difficult emotions, pain, and isolation; appropriate exercises for improving strength and flexibility; healthy eating; problem solving; and communicating with others. Classes are highly interactive and space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
