Melanie was one of only three women who performed at the Woodstock Music Festival in 1969. She is best known for her hits “Brand New Key,” “Ruby Tuesday,” “What Have They Done to My Song, Ma,” and her song about performing at Woodstock, “Lay Down (Candles in the Rain). Melanie’s son, Beau Jarred will open the show along with the renowned folk group EVA.
