Memories in the Making: An Art Correspondence Course

Memories in the Making: An Art Correspondence Course. The Safety Harbor Public Library in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association presents an email Art Correspondence Course for those suffering from memory loss.

In this simple six-week course, you’ll receive weekly emails with ideas and easy lessons to explore art at home with basic materials. No art experience or skill is required, and you’ll work at your own pace exploring art activities and creating your own unique artwork. To register, email [email protected] or call 727-724-1525, x4107.

If desired, you will have the opportunity to share your artwork by donating a copy to be included in a virtual community exhibit on the library’s Facebook page and website. Art will also be shared with the Alzheimer’s Association to build awareness, promote kindness to memory loss sufferers, and bring better understanding of the disease.

The Library is located at 101 2nd Street North, Safety Harbor. Call 724-1525 x 4107 for more information or visit www.SafetyHarborLibrary.com. For more at the Safety Harbor Library click here.
