Festival of Trees is Ringing in the Holiday Season

With the Tampa Bay Community for the 35th year!

The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation is hosting their 35th Annual Festival of Trees, presented by AmeriLife, from November 22-24, 2019 at The Long Center in Clearwater. Festival of Trees is a timeless and renowned family-friendly holiday celebration in the Tampa Bay area kicking off the holiday season! All proceeds from this event benefit The Arc Tampa Bay, a non-profit organization that has been supporting and empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) since 1963.

This event features a sparkling display of trees and wreaths decorated by local businesses, community leaders and families. All are available to purchase to raise critical funding for those served by The Arc Tampa Bay with I/DD. Kids will enjoy arts, crafts, and face painting in the Children’s Village and a visit with Santa! Guests can enjoy shopping at a variety of vendor booths from local businesses, as well as daily performances.

Friday November 22, 2019 Festival of Trees will kick off the festive weekend with the Annual Premiere Night Gala, presented by The Thorn Collection, from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase at $100 per person. This evening will offer exquisite cuisine from local restaurants and an open bar featuring the event’s signature martini. Guests will enjoy live entertainment, dancing, live and silent auctions.

Saturday, November 23, 2019 The event will host “All Star Night” from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. exclusive to the community with I/DD. Madison Orr Hauenstein, The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation Executive Director elaborated, “We are thrilled to be hosting this evening! We will have a fun night singing karaoke, dancing, and a pizza party! This event will be FREE for our friends with I/DD within The Arc Tampa Bay and the community.”

Event co-chair, Kiersten Finchum explained, “This event is such a fun and unique way for the community to give back. Whether it’s decorating a tree or wreath, volunteering or simply bringing your family to visit the whimsical display, everything helps this special community of people. If you’ve never been to Festival of Trees, you must visit and start your holiday season off right!”
