Highland Recreation is excited to welcome Rock Da Floor Kids Dance Battles on Saturday, April 2 from 3-7 p.m. for our first dance battle event for ages 2 and up! This family-friendly event, hosted by Klown of Skill Methodz Crew, will showcase Rock Da Floors’ main focus; to help develop the progression, self-esteem, artistic expression, and sportsmanship of each rising new dancer. Battles will be broken up into several categories including b-baby, hip hop freestyle, freshest footwork, and more. Winners will receive free entry and a plus one to the Rock Da Floor National Championships that will take place June 25 in Atlanta, GA . 1st place winners will automatically be entered in the top 8 brackets and will not have to battle in preliminaries.
