Hide Tide Tour at Amalie Arena

Jimmy Buffett, Son of a Son of a Sailor, High Tide Tour on was scheduled to come to Amalie Arena on Friday, December 13 at 8 p.m. We just got word that he will be undergoing a surgical procedure and will NOT be playing on this date. They are already selling tickets for next year to play at the Amalie Arena on Friday December 11, 2020. So you may want to get your tickets now and save the date as most people will be moving to the new scheduled time.

So, next year once again Jimmy Buffett is scheduling a one-night-only stop from Margaritaville as Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band take to the stage to perform the singer-songwriter’s treasure chest of tunes and celebrate the 40th anniversary of the tour’s namesake album. Sing along to classics like “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” “Fins,” “Livingston Saturday Night,” and more. For more information, click here.

“Son of a Son of a Sailor” is a song written and performed by American popular music singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett. It is the opening track of the 1978 album of the same name. The song is a fan favorite, although it was not a concert staple until the 2005 Salty Piece of Land tour.

You know you’re in for a good time when you buy Jimmy Buffett tickets. As an artist whose name has become synonymous with “Margaritaville,” Buffett and his trusty Coral Reefer Band expertly set the tone for a party-filled evening you won’t soon forget. There are many Jimmy Buffett tour dates typically lined up each year, so take advantage of the opportunity to add your voice to live renditions of “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere”. Proudly taking the name of “Parrot Head” since the mid-80s, generations of fans continue to flock to shows all over the world. Don’t miss this trip to Amalie Arena.
