One of four resort restaurants, Packard’s offers a relaxing ambiance in classic elegance. Traditional American cuisine is served for breakfast and lunch, but dinner is where the menu shines. Take a seat overlooking the famous Copperhead Course and indulge in one of Packard’s fine American dry-aged and USDA Prime and Premium steaks. Choose from New York strip, filet mignon, Delmonico or a 28-ounce Porterhouse served with beef au jus. Other entrees include fresh fish, lobster tail, pork tenderloin, and baked chicken.
Packard’s Steakhouse Chef Andre Halston has a wealth of international culinary experience, and it shows. Breads and pastries are baked fresh daily, as are exquisite desserts. Entrée selection includes Delmonico steak, filet mignon, fresh fish, baked chicken or pork tenderloin. Cheers to the Xperience Wine List, personally selected by Chef Halston, with nearly 30 specialty wines from around the world.
