Helps Support Children’s Dream Fund

Join the Rays on the Runway to help support the Children’s Dream Fund. Save the date now for the coolest collaboration between fashion, as Tampa Bay Rays players and their wives combine sports and the art of making dreams come true. The event will take place from 3:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Hilton Downtown St. Pete on Sunday, July 21, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. You’ll have a chance to see your favorite Tampa Bay Rays players and significant others on the runway joined by children who have benefited directly by the efforts of local nonprofit Children’s Dream Fund.
The Fashion Show is an annual event that hosts players and coaches who are paired with their significant other or a child participating from the Children’s Dream Fund, an organization that fulfills dreams for seriously ill children. The couples walk the runway and model the season’s newest fashions. The event raises over $100,000 annually for the Children’s Dream Fund. The 2018 event raised $115,000.
The Children’s Dream Fund’s mission statement is: To make dreams come true for children with life-threatening illnesses living throughout West Central Florida. From puppies to playgrounds, special trips to meetings with celebrities, they help every child referred to them by area hospitals.
