The City of Safety Harbor Mease Park is officially open after being closed for renovations. The upgraded playground offers play opportunities for all abilities. The park, located on the north side of town near Mease Countryside Hospital, includes a shelter that is available to rent for special occasions. Park hours are from dawn to dusk. Mease Park is brought to Safety Harbor residents through a partnership with Mease-Countryside Hospital. The City is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the park that opened in 1996.
