SHINE Mural Festival

The SHINE Mural Festival Returns on October 18-26, 2019! This is a special art project that illuminates the power of art in public spaces by revitalizing areas, inspiring dialogue and uniting our community. The SHINE event does all of this while cultivating new standards of artistic excellence. The Shine Mural Festival is a great reflection of St. Petersburg’s creative and vibrant spirit.

This is the 5th Annual SHINE Festival and it will include a full calendar of public events designed to further educate, engage and celebrate street art culture. A collection of popular St. Petersburg establishments including the Station House, Morean Arts Center, Intermezzo, Green Bench Brewing, and Body Electric will host an exciting line-up of SHINE events.

The SHINE Mural Festival: Finale Event will be a daytime, outdoor ommunity event celebrating the culmination of the week long festival. The Finale Event will focus on diversity of art by bringing to St. Petersburg the internationally renowned Inside Out Project. The finale will also highlight environmental conservation, with a new mural as part of The PangeaSeed Sea Walls project located adjacent the finale. These two massive installations will anchor a day of art, live music, vendors, food, and more.
