Transcending Elements

The Sun, Fun and Music Festival

The Sun, Fun and Music Festival makes its debut Saturday, July 14. The festival will run from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Perry Harvey Sr. Park in Tampa. Hosted by the nonprofit Transcending Elements, the event will offer visitors a chance to enjoy song and dance from talented youth supported by the group as well as from other local singers and musicians performing onstage. Guests at the The Sun, Fun and Music Festival are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy a full day of entertainment. Kids can enjoy the park’s interactive water fountain play area, basketball courts, and skate park in a fun, safe play environment. Attendees can also check out the 20+vendors participating in this year’s event and learn more about the nonprofit by visiting the group’s information table. Admission is free and concessions will be available for purchase at food trucks onsite during the event. Donations are strongly encouraged, and attendees will be able to visit the group’s website and Facebook page to donate directly from their phone while relaxing and enjoying the live music.
