THAT Art Festival Provides Local Art
Free Family Fun at Jannus Live
“THAT Art Festival” is set for Saturday, Sept. 7, from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at Jannus Live in St. Petersburg. The event is about promoting one’s individual self-expression. THAT unique talent of which comes from deep within. THAT satisfaction of creating and the process it took to get there. THAT platform to showcase an individual’s life experience to the world. And, best of all, THAT art is created by some of the best talent Tampa Bay has to offer.
That Art Festival is an all ages, family and pet-friendly event. Best of all it’s free to the public! DJ Don Pablo will supply the sounds in the courtyard. There’ll be ticket raffles for your chance to take some art home. and there’ll be a live interactive piece for the artists and patrons to collaborate on, as well as a children’s creative corner with a free face painter for children and a few other surprises for the kids and, of course, a LOT of art!
Jannus Live will have cash bars available. For those who want to grab a bite, there are some wonderful restaurants right around the corner. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the “Public Art Project” Public Art Project Mission to create and facilitate visual stimulation in the community while teaching and educating the public about the importance and economic impact of the arts.
