The television show, which features celebrity guests across various fields — singers, actors, athletes, comedians, even political figures — delivers unexpected singing and dancing talents decked out in colorful costumes across elaborate sets. On Wednesday, June 29, Straz Center’s Carol Morsani Hall hosts the popular show that engages family members of all ages as they try to uncover mystery guests’ identities.

The two-hour live show starts at 7:30 p.m. led by celebrity emcee (and former Masked Singer participant Pepper) Natasha Bedingfield. The touring show will feature the talented singer and host as well as fan favorite characters and a special, local mystery celebrity who will perform donned in their own unique costume. Audience members will be given clues and get the chance to guess before the unmasking during the finale.

Host Bedingfield appeared on the show’s sixth season in 2021 as the character “Pepper” and finished through the 10th episode. Singer Jewel took home first place honors that season, performing as Queen of Hearts, a character who will be making an appearance on The Masked Singer Live tour. The New Zealand native has been making music for nearly 20 years and is most known for her Billboard hits “Pocketful of Sunshine “These Words,” and “Unwritten,” which has experienced a rebirth as part of a 2021 TikTok challenge. She continues to write and record music, tour, and take part in climate change campaigns and events.

The Masked Singer television show debuted on FOX in January 2019. Rapper T-Pain finished as season one champion, performing as “Monster, another popular character that will be appearing during the production. Other fan favorites whose characters will appear during the production include “Taco,” “Alien,” “Robot,” “Baby,” and “Thingamabob.” Each city on the tour will have its own local mystery celebrity taking part in the live show and unmasking during the show’s finale. Tickets start at $40.75 with three levels of VIP Packages available providing fans premium seating, VIP goodies, and photo ops with Bedingfield and select costumed characters from the show.
