Plant City is known for its unique charm, as well as its celebration of its history. The Sparkman House Luxury Bed & Breakfast, located in the Historic District of Plant City, offers visitors the chance to experience history within its walls. The 1905 Queen Anne style home features a wraparound porch, five bedrooms in the main house as well as a separate carriage house suite and grand, elegant formal spaces draped with antique décor and luxury throughout.
Whether needing a comfortable and lovely place to unwind or planning a special get-together requiring a unique backdrop, the bed and breakfast provides a variety of hospitality options for both local and faraway guests stopping by for a visit of any length. As a business neighbor in the community, the owners of The Sparkman House often participate in events and fundraisers to support local causes and organizations to benefit the community.
On Saturday, August 10, the B&B hosts Lazy Crazy Days of Summer, a fundraiser for Frontline Community Services, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event promises to be a day of fun to include lawn games, music, and tasty food and treats. Tickets are $25 per person and available at Sparkman House and Frontline Community Services. Each ticket includes choice of barbecue dinner (pulled pork or chicken), homemade ice cream and watermelon.
