  • CALLALOO: Braised Callaloo Greens, Smoked Bacon in a Lobster Three Cheese Macaroni
  • CARRABBAS ITALIAN GRILL: Braised Short Rib with Cauliflower Gnocchi & Grilled Asparagus
  • THE LIBRARY: Jumbo scallops , Gouda grits, Pork belly Brussels, Corn puree & Beet Salad
  • MARCHAND’S BAR & GRILL: Beet Cured Salmon, Charcoal Brioche, Preserved Lemon, Horseradish Powder
  • METZ CULINARY MANAGEMENT: “Old-fashioned” Meatballs, Garlic Lime Chicken Skewer, Broccoli Kale Slaw with pecans and cranberries
