The 9th Annual Winter Wonder Ride will be held again at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park in downtown Tampa on December 14th from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Last year’s event attracted a record number of riders for this charity bike ride (held by onbikes) that raises funds to purchase bikes and helmets for Tampa area at-risk kids. The evening will feature food, beverages, dancing and music courtesy of headliner Ceelo Green.

The non-profit onbikes was formed in 2011 in Tampa with one core mission in mind: to ensure that every kid in the area, regardless of their income level, could experience the joy of getting their first bicycle. The idea hatched when a group of friends got together and organized a community bike ride to raise money to provide bikes for local at-risk and foster kids. By doing so, these kids would benefit from the by-products of self-confidence, good health and well-being by adopting a healthy activity. For more information, click here.
